Here's some red. I started out painting myself an encouraging message (because it's a nice thing to do for yourself) end ended up with "whatever" because deep down I am Squall Leonhart (we're all Squall Leonhart). I'd like to paint myself lots of encouraging messages. It's a bit like muttering to yourself, but with paint.
I also find a lot of comfort in being congratulated by fictional cats. Whatever works for you, y'know? It's fun to congratulate people on minor things, too. Ate a sandwich? Congrats. Looked at some cat videos? Congrats. Put on fresh socks? Congrats.
