Sometimes I feel like collages represent things better than photographs do. If I gather together a collection of pictures from one day, or chop 'em up and stitch 'em together, it gives them this cohesive feel. Even if I just take little pieces of things, tiny parts of a big picture, and put them together, it gives it a sense of narrative. And even if the narrative seems kinda empty, I can feel it.
