THE STARS ARE EVERYWHERE!

Sometimes you have those days where you gotta listen to Worship by Years & Years on repeat and make a shoddy blanket fort and spend an hour reversing audio of someone speaking in Audacity so it sounds like they're in the Black Lodge. I mean, okay, that's really specific, but I feel like it's a feeling that touches us all, somehow. Just a desire to get caught up in something kinda frivolous but gently meaningful. Something that makes you feel something, barely consciously, just letting yourself be swept into a wave.

Thinking about blanket forts makes me feel nostalgic in the best way. To remember something that brought me so much wonder as a little kid, longing to make my own worlds. Something I still want and probably always will want. And it's not really related to these scans, and the drawing and its motto, but it's kinda connected anyway, because everything's holistic, and those little sparks and stars really are everywhere, just hanging out, waiting to sparkle in the corner of your eye and remind you of something. Maybe something you can't quite remember.

Just take care and notice those stars lingering, and try to pick them up and put them right at the centre of you sometimes.
